Alumni News - May 2007Dear Alumni: Well, the summer heat is coming and the change of yet another season. I really enjoy the spring with all the new growth. The flowers are nice and I enjoy the aroma of most of them, but the pollen is for the birds (actually the bees). What a great time we had at the graduation of this year's class! I am so proud of the graduates and their personal accomplishments. God has and continues to do some very special things through the young (and old) lives that are trained at that very special place. I realize that each one of us has a very unique story of how God impacted our lives through the ministries and faculty of Bible Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist College. I personally would like to make a request and please allow me to put it in the form of a question: When's the last time you contacted one of your professors that taught you and let them know how much you appreciate them? The Bible speaks of "landmarks" and "paths" that God has placed in our lives to be the guides to help the following generations stay on track. I realize today more than ever that the men and women that God has placed some of His choicest servants at Bethel for our benefit! May we encourage them by thanking them for all they have done to help us in our ministries. I pray that you have a fruitful year in your service for the King!
